Monthly Reconciliation: Reconciliation of up to [X] bank/credit card accounts by the 10th of the following month to ensure penny-perfect balance. Financial Reporting: Delivery of monthly PDF financial packages (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet) along with a 15-minute video walkthrough review. Accounts Payable: Weekly scheduling and digital payment preparation of vendor invoices for owner approval. Exclusions: This scope strictly excludes tax filing, strategic tax planning, corporate structuring, and forensic auditing unless a separate addendum is signed.
