I am a M Tech-Mechanical Design Engineer with over 11 years of experience in plastic trim design and development, FRP parts design and development, and machining component design, fixture design and development along with engineering simulation using ANSYS.
Completed more than five projects in mechanism and automation.
I have strong expertise in CATIA V5 and extensive experience in creating high-quality 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings. I am proficient in key workbenches including Part Design, Product Design, Generative Shape Design, Drafting, and DMU.
In addition to design, I provide engineering validation using ANSYS, including:
• Static structural analysis
• Basic dynamic and load simulations
• Design validation and performance improvement
