I am ready to handle a range of practical tasks, including text transcription, converting and formatting PDF and image files, entering and organizing data in Excel, researching and collecting information online, and managing and organizing files and folders. I can also oversee page messages and comments and communicate politely and respectfully with people and clients by phone.
