With over five years of experience managing end‐to‐end fintech and
connectivity products, including a full‐scale eSIM platform, I bring hands‐on expertise in product
strategy, technical coordination, and market‐driven execution.
In my current role as a Fintech Product Manager, I led the development and launch of iZi
Connect eSIM, a cross‐border eSIM data platform delivered across web and mobile channels. I
was responsible for defining product vision and roadmap, conducting market and competitor
analysis, managing third‐party eSIM providers, and overseeing API integrations and pricing
structures. This role required close collaboration with engineering, infrastructure, and external
vendors to ensure service reliability, scalability, and seamless user experience.
Beyond delivery, I played a key role in shaping user journeys, optimizing onboarding flows, and
aligning the product with business objectives and customer needs. I also managed
documentation, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication to ensure clarity
across technical and non‐technical teams. Working in regulated fintech environments
strengthened my focus on quality, security, and compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
My background in Management Information Systems, combined with hands‐on experience in
digital wallets, payments, and connectivity services, allows me to bridge business goals with
technical execution effectively. I am particularly motivated by building scalable products that
solve real user problems while delivering measurable business impact.
