My strongest asset is my voice acting and audio production work. I have voiced explainer videos, podcast intros, and commercial ad reads, managing my own recording sessions from start to finish. I edit all my audio in Audacity—cleaning tracks, mixing, and exporting polished MP3 files to client specifications. This is backed by a technical foundation from my time as a Sky TV technician, where I handled cabling, satellite installations, and customer equipment training.

Beyond audio, I bring a sharp eye for detail through transcription and data entry. I consistently deliver 99% accurate transcripts with timestamps and speaker labels, and maintain 98%+ accuracy in Google Sheets and Excel—regularly cleaning spreadsheets and digitizing handwritten forms for freelance clients. I also write copy, including email newsletters and product descriptions, often on 24-hour turnaround.

On the people side, I spent ten years at Countdown, rising to Produce Manager where I handled staff scheduling, inventory, merchandising, complaint resolution, and Health and Safety coordination. I've also volunteered extensively with children with disabilities as a teacher aide and therapeutic riding side walker, which sharpened my patience, empathy, and ability to build trust quickly.

Underpinning all of this is a self-motivated, reliable work ethic. I take initiative, finish what I start, and don't need constant managing. My hobbies—reading, creative writing, and computer maintenance—keep my problem-solving skills sharp, and I bring a sense of humor when the moment calls for it.
