Over the past two years, I have been leading a tire wholesale project at Vostochny Leader LLC, where I built the company from scratch, ensured its sustainable development and sales growth. Working in conditions of limited resources and high market volatility has taught me how to make quick and accurate decisions, adapt flexibly to changes, and effectively manage purchases and personnel.

Previously, at Kamaz Center Donetsk, I oversaw a retail chain of 9 stores, which gave me extensive experience in process standardization, quality control, staff training, and assortment management. I know how important it is to build clear processes within the team and provide a high level of customer service.

I also have experience working in large trading companies such as Auchan Ukraine and METRO, where I held senior positions in sales departments. This allowed me to deeply understand the specifics of grocery retail, working with suppliers, managing balances, analyzing sales and forming orders.
