■ Designing of plastic and metals parts for various manufacturing processes such as injection moulding, press job, machining and fabrications
■ Mechanical testing of products. Magnet test. Impulse test and 35Kv test etc.
■ Design for Assembly (DFA) and Design for manufacturability (DFM)
Feasibility check of existing products, mould/tools, and process for manufacturing.
■ Making and releasing of BOM, 2D, 3D, Artworks, Work instruction & Process Flow Charts for manufacturing.
■ Managing tool modification, jigs & fixtures modification, and quality of newly introduced parts for production. Technical Support to procurement, production & QA
■ New product development & new vendor development.
■ Product modification for cost reduction.
■ Support to tool-room for tool modification and rectification
■ Inspection of components as per Drawing and Designing for various job works as and when required.
■ Implement sound engineering processes and systematic approaches, while solving diverse design and manufacturing challenges.
