I've a particular expertise in project management and international business development.

*From April 2024, I have the pleasure to drive the development of projects in Green Hydrogen field for ViryaH2 :
- New H2 Refueling Stations in Belgium.
- Large-scale project from production to distribution in Liege area.
- Procurement for Hyoffwind flagship project, of Tube Trailers.

My main goal is to develop these projects until start of operation.

*From 10/2023 to 04/2024, I've joined the Group YES-EU, for solving an internal crisis. I was active on 3 markets:
- sales of new generation e-buses
- sales of stationary storage battery (BESS)
- battery services
Yes-Eu has is a services provider for CATL batteries and is a market leader on e-buses in Scandinavia (80%).

My function was to lead the following :
- management of sales and project for De Lijn customer.
- the creation and management of the belgian company
- the german sales team
- to develop the sales worldwide for the different activities of the Group
- to bring standard processes into the Group
- to negotiate suppliers, customers and partnership worldwide.

*During some years, I have worked for John Cockerill, as International sales manager in Hydrogen field and Battery Storage.

John Cockerill is a worldwide group with huge and wide industrial expertise (renewables and traditional energies, maintenance, steel, environment, defence)

My main mission in this group was :
- to develop the sales for H2 process equipments
- to negotiate good and balanced contracts until signature
- to develop the network of prospects
- to define potential markets and identify partners
- to improve the process in sales
- to find mature projects from 10MW

*In battery storage, the goal was similar but also get the data's of an industrial company to define the best BESS solution related to his energy need and to provide and install the equipment's.

I'm proud to have been the first to sign Hydrogen (Hyoffwind I and Repsol Bilbao refinery) and Battery storage contracts in John Cockerill history.

*Globally, I focus to solve defects and increase qualities in a constructive and positive work atmosphere. My way of thinking is oriented results.

I've developped specific knowledge and great ability to adapt to different situations. Also thanks to my travels, an easy adaptation to different cultures. I like to work with a team and to involve different brains in the development of the business model.
