Over the past year, I've worked directly with local shops and vendors in my area, walking in, understanding their problems, and building AI tools that actually solved them. Across 6 such projects, I've earned between ₹1–3 lakh per engagement — from inventory automation and billing systems to AI-powered customer tools for small businesses. No middleman, no agency — just me and the client.
On the tech side, I've shipped 15+ AI applications across fintech (FinFlow — a GST-ready accounting platform for Indian SMBs), edtech (SmartGrader AI — automated answer-sheet evaluation), legal-tech (LexForge AI), agriculture (The Farmer AI), stock trading intelligence (Intraday AI with Angel One integration), and ad compliance scanning (AdShield — checks creatives against ASCI, FSSAI, SEBI, and IRDAI rules).
I design system prompts, AI workflows, and LLM pipelines that power these apps — including OCR-to-AI pipelines, multi-step compliance checkers, and natural-language interfaces over complex financial and legal data. I work with OpenAI, Anthropic, and Groq, and I handle the full stack: prompt architecture, backend logic, API integration, and deployment.
