I am a product manager with 3+ years of experience in designing and building chatbots for rural consumers across India. The 3 different bots were meant to handle acquisition, onboarding, document upload, verification, data filling, customer queries, and booking an appointment for different industries. I enjoy the research, designing the flow, and the UAT part most in the whole product development cycle.

I also have a year of experience working as an end-to-end HR recruiter with an MNC and a startup. I enjoy talking to people and listening to their journey, be it professional or personal.
