As a business analyst, I support companies and associations that want to see clearly in their activity and save time.
Concretely, I do two things:
• Analysis and management — I map your processes, identify what is costing you time, and build the dashboards that allow you to decide (Excel, Power BI, SQL).
• Websites — I design and develop showcase and institutional sites: presentation of the activity, news, events, forms, referencing, integration of third-party tools (ticketing, donations, appointment booking).
My particularity: I always start by understanding your real need before proposing a solution. Many projects fail because no one asked the right questions at the beginning.
