My background spans system administration, network management, IT project management, and technology consulting across complex, real-world environments. I've led IT initiatives from inception through delivery, managed cross-functional teams, and built reliable operations where uptime and efficiency aren't optional.

- End-to-end IT operations: Linux systems, networking, virtualization, containerization (Docker, Docker Compose), databases (PostgreSQL/TimescaleDB), and monitoring

- Infrastructure consulting: vendor-neutral, pragmatic advice grounded in 15+ years of real operational experience
- IoT & real-time data systems: currently developing FieldmarkOne, a cloud-based asset health monitoring platform for critical infrastructure (high voltage towers, bridges, poles, buildings), combining IoT sensor ingestion, MQTT messaging, time-series analytics, and a modern web stack

Currently building: Fieldmark is an end-to-end IoT analytics platform I'm developing as founder and lead engineer:
- from hardware integration and MQTT data pipelines to TimescaleDB storage, REST APIs, and visualization dashboards.
It demonstrates my ability to design and ship production-grade systems independently.
