Quality management employee in the automotive industry and QHSE Master's student, I have operational experience in the implementation, management and improvement of integrated management systems according to IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
As part of my QHSE Master's degree, I am developing a global expertise in quality, safety and environmental system management, as well as in risk analysis and continuous improvement of industrial performance. Currently involved in the management of customer complaints and the processing of non-conformities, I am involved in the entire continuous improvement cycle, from root cause analysis to the implementation and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions. I master quality tools such as 8D, 5 Why and Ishikawa, as well as risk analysis methods applied to the quality, safety and environmental dimensions.
