Responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of Cambodian tax compliance and advisory matters, including monthly tax declarations and payments, annual Tax on Income (TOI) returns, tax planning, tax audits, and Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) applications. Ensure compliance with applicable Cambodian tax laws, regulations, Prakas, and instructions issued by the General Department of Taxation (GDT). Provide tax advisory support on complex transactions, assess tax risks and implications, coordinate with relevant authorities, and identify opportunities for tax optimization while ensuring accurate reporting and timely fulfillment of all tax obligations.
