I help finance teams answer three questions: What is most likely to happen? What could change that? And where is the risk if we are wrong?

I build and evaluate forecasting, scenario, and risk models using financial, operational, and external data. That can mean auditing an existing forecast, improving model accuracy and bias, building an independent forecast baseline, quantifying downside scenarios, or creating a decision view that makes the results usable by leadership.
