Implemented the company's first QA process, including the implementation of the test lifecycle (STLC) in an Agile environment.
• Analysis of user stories and specifications in order to define test strategies and design the test base (plans, test cases and datasets) under Squash TM.
• Execution and coordination of functional and non-regression tests on web, iOS and Android platforms.
• Complete management of the anomaly lifecycle via Linear (triage, prioritization, follow-up and retests), with active contribution to the quality of releases.
• Participation in test automation by identifying high ROI test cases for non-regression.
• Coordination of the final acceptance (Go/No-Go) and support of beginner QA testers in their skills development.
• Analysis of functional and non-functional requirements, and design of test cases according to ISTQB standards.
• Execution of manual web tests: functional, UI, regression and ergonomics.
• Scenario design and validation (E2E) focused on critical user journeys
• Complete management of anomalies (detection, qualification, follow-up, retests) via JIRA.
• Close collaboration with the PO and development teams in an Agile Scrum environment (rituals, quality reporting).
• Supervision of quality controls on production lines in accordance with customer requirements, ISO 9001 and IPC-A-610 standards.
• Preparation of ISPs, risk analyses, ranges and control sheets; KPI tracking.
• NC management: root cause analysis, implementation and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordination of control teams (daily planning, supervision of activities) and facilitation of quality meetings.
• Collaboration with the Production and Methods teams to ensure continuous quality improvement.
• Preparation and participation in customer process audits.
• Performing visual quality controls, sampling, confirmation, and validation of finished products.
• Execution of functional tests on electronic boards in accordance with technical specifications.
• Identification, qualification and reporting of non-conformities.
• Filling in control sheets and writing test reports, with traceability of results.
