As part of their fleet renewal and the implementation of a Supply Management policy:
● Support XL AUTOS in the renewal of the vehicle fleet and implement an integrated policy for the management of spare parts supplies and stocks, based on criticality, turnover and stock levels.
● Structure the purchasing process of parts and consumables, from the expression of the need to the reception, including sourcing, evaluation and negotiation with suppliers, order monitoring, stock management and Securing the supply of high-turnover parts.
● Train the fleet operations manager and the chief mechanic in needs planning, consumption monitoring, inventory management and order triggering.
● Present to the Management a technical restitution and deploy a procurement policy integrated into the management of the fleet, with monitoring of suppliers and the main KPIs of availability, stock and fixed assets.
As part of the study of the BOYA SA gold project in Diamba Sud, Kédougou Region: Mapping and referencing the service providers of the areas of influence, by assessing their operational capacity and their
compliance with contractual requirements.
● Deploy a comprehensive analysis of supply needs (construction and operation phases), producing a sector benchmark that identified more than 40 eligible local suppliers and reduced the local supply gap by 30% via a structured supplier repository.
● Model 3 supplier integration scenarios with cost/quality/lead time comparison tables, guiding BOYA SA's strategic purchasing decisions in the steering committee.
● Restitution of the results to BOYA SA and local stakeholders through a study report and participatory presentation sessions.
Oversee the full procurement cycle of training materials on a portfolio of more than 1 billion FCFA, ensuring 100% compliance with audit procedures and donor requirements.
● Achieve 95% on-time deliveries to 9 regional sites by deploying tracking KPIs and the Track & Trace platform to more than 200 field actors on full physical and IT traceability.
● Manage supplier non-conformities (returns, replacements) and carry out quality controls on production sites and in warehouses, ensuring compliance with contractual specifications.
● Manage RFQs, calls for tenders and supplier selections from end to end (specifications, comparative analysis, negotiation of payment and delivery terms).
● Coordination with project and partner teams to ensure supply chain efficiency.

● Manage the supply of spare parts and consumables for the maintenance of the fleet of vehicles and machines, negotiating prices and deadlines with suppliers and dealers in order to reduce downtime and optimize maintenance costs.
Assist the Procurement Manager in the management and development of supplier contracts through the implementation of purchasing plans.
● Execute these purchasing plans on JD Edwards ERP and produce monthly reports of compliance with internal control in an industrial environment with international standards.
● Receive all orders from suppliers and ensure the management of the stocks of these orders received.
Coordinate, schedule, optimize and monitor the drivers' work schedule.
● Ensure the proper maintenance of the fleet and the follow-up of necessary repairs in collaboration with the chief engineer.
● Order and supply automotive spare parts from suppliers and dealers (engine, braking, filtration, tyres) and other miscellaneous supplies; manage the stock of materials and equipment in the vehicle fleet.
● Negotiate prices and delivery times for spare parts with suppliers, and manage stock levels of critical parts in order to avoid any shortages that could impact vehicle availability.
Receive and enter all Purchasing requests from the Real Estate and Transport Department
● Receive Purchase Orders for Plumbing-Carpentry-Electrical work, purchase and repair of
Vehicles
● Participate in the follow-up of orders for spare parts and technical supplies for the maintenance of the vehicle fleet
management, and updating stock sheets.
● Control the compliance of deliveries of technical parts and materials with respect to purchase orders, and assist
