Hello, I'm Subramanian Iyer. You can call me Iyer!

Technology has always been my passion. With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and around two decades of experience in the IT industry, I've had the opportunity to turn that passion into practical solutions, build products, solve business problems, and work with some great teams along the way.

What I truly enjoy is working at the intersection of technology, business, and people - hands-on with technology while also wearing the hats of a Technical Product/ Project Manager. Whether it is shaping a product vision, defining roadmaps, translating business requirements into technical solutions, managing end-to-end delivery, or navigating technical and operational challenges, I enjoy being involved across the entire journey. Equally important to me is working with people - enjoy building, coaching, and mentoring teams. Afterall, successful products are not just about technology; they are equally about understanding people, their needs, and the problems we are trying to solve.

I'm also a strong believer in embracing emerging technologies. I actively explore and leverage AI tools and automation to simplify development workflows, improve productivity, accelerate delivery, and help teams achieve more with less effort.
