I can communicate professionally with clients, qualify leads, answer inquiries, schedule appointments, manage CRM data, follow up with customers, and provide virtual assistance while maintaining a friendly and professional approach.

My medical education has strengthened my research abilities, attention to detail, time management, and ability to process complex information efficiently. I am proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Canva, ChatGPT, and other AI productivity tools, and I quickly adapt to new software and workflows.
