My role involves managing end-to-end compliance processes related to Provident Fund (PF), Employees’ State Insurance (ESI), and Professional Tax (PT). I handle the preparation and maintenance of statutory registers, ensure accurate and timely filing of returns, and coordinate with government authorities to meet regulatory requirements.
I also oversee client compliance calendars, ensure adherence to labor laws, and provide advisory support on compliance-related matters. My responsibilities include data validation, report generation, audit support, and resolving discrepancies in statutory filings. I work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth execution of compliance activities while minimizing risks and penalties.

I am responsible for managing end-to-end human resource and administrative functions to ensure smooth organizational operations. My role includes handling the complete employee lifecycle, such as recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
I manage statutory compliance activities, including Provident Fund (PF), Employees’ State Insurance (ESI), and Professional Tax (PT) return filings, ensuring timely and accurate submissions in line with regulatory requirements. Additionally, I oversee factory license registration and renewals, as well as compliance-related activities such as pressure vessel payments and document submissions.
On the administrative side, I handle procurement of office supplies, vendor coordination, and general facility management. I also monitor and manage security operations to ensure a safe and secure workplace environment.
