For over 14 years I’ve worked in digital marketing, with a strong focus on email and SMS. I build automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, win-back, post-purchase), set up smart segmentation, and test everything until it performs. I work in Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign and Mailchimp.
