With 14 years of experience since obtaining my Training of Trainers (ToT) certification, I am a passionate capacity-building professional dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations across the humanitarian and economic development sectors. My career bridges two critical worlds: strengthening humanitarian responders and enabling women's economic independence.
What I Do Best:
Humanitarian Capacity Building: I design and deliver training programs for humanitarian workers and organizations in protection, gender mainstreaming, PSEA (Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse), and leadership development. I have collaborated with UN agencies and charitable associations to ensure staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge to serve vulnerable populations effectively and ethically.
Women's Economic Empowerment: I specialize in implementing small business support projects targeting women entrepreneurs. In partnership with charitable associations across various regions of the Kingdom, I have designed and delivered training in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and small business management. My coaching helps women develop the confidence and practical skills to launch and sustain income-generating ventures.
Training Design & Quality Assurance: As a certified ToT professional, I develop comprehensive training curricula for both in-person and remote delivery. My recent role as a Quality Assurance Officer involved supervising teams of trainers, monitoring program quality, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and donor requirements.
Coaching & Mentoring: I coach individuals and teams to unlock their potential. Whether supporting humanitarian workers navigating complex field challenges or guiding women entrepreneurs through business decisions, my approach is adaptive, culturally sensitive, and results-oriented
