I’m an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and in-house counsel, and I provide contract and compliance support to corporate clients. I draft, review, negotiate and redline commercial agreements, including Master Services Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements and Data Processing Agreements, and I identify the legal and contractual risks in each so the business can make informed decisions. I also advise cross-functional teams on legal and regulatory compliance, with a particular focus on data privacy and protection and I turn complex legal analysis into clear, practical advice for non-lawyers. Alongside this, I support corporate governance and company secretarial work as a Certified Secretary, and I represent clients in tax matters before the Tax Appeals Tribunal and the High Court. I work independently, pay close attention to detail, and collaborate easily with auditors, tax specialists and advisory teams.
