In my current role, I provide comprehensive first-line user support and act as a vital bridge between technical teams and business operations. I specialize in communicating with technical leads to support users on our in-house systems while proactively identifying system and process pain points to drive meaningful business improvements. By working closely with the in-house IT development team, I propose and implement strategic enhancements that streamline overall business workflows. My responsibilities include responding to service requests in a timely manner, managing account setups for new users, and rigorously testing new technologies and system updates to ensure seamless deployment.

Beyond technical maintenance, I am dedicated to capacity building by providing specialized IT training to branch managers and new staff members, ensuring company-wide proficiency in our digital tools. I provide technical support across all departments whenever necessary, maintaining high service standards throughout the organization. Additionally, I leverage my analytical skills to accurately collect and synthesize system data for various product reports. I am responsible for communicating the insights derived from this data analysis through clear written and verbal reports to senior management and the Operations Director, directly supporting data-driven decision-making within the company.
