With more than 18 years of experience in logistics and supply chain, I have had the opportunity to work in various sectors, including IT, electronics, music and retail. The secret of my success, and what attracts me to this area, is to see the positive impact that my ideas and vision can bring. Throughout my career, I have been awarded leadership roles, managing teams of up to 25 people, and now I have over 10 years of experience as a logistics and supply chain manager. I lead by example, striving to inspire those around me with a strong work ethic, high standards, and critical thinking. I'm constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency, generating new ideas and processes that deliver results. My move to the Netherlands gives me a fresh perspective on my role. I quickly had a significant impact on back office operations and was promoted to the management team after four months. The experience in retail led me to leave my comfort zone and embrace new challenges. Throughout my 18-year career, I have also led recruitment projects, conducting over 350 interviews. This gave me valuable insight into how the job market has evolved in different industries. In addition to this area, I had the opportunity to manage planning and procurement at Nike. To strengthen my professional development, I completed a degree in Human Relations and Organizational Communication at the School of Education and Social Sciences. This course provided me with essential skills to improve business efficiency and optimize the internal and external communication of organizations, in addition to these skills I would like to highlight my academic success in disciplines such as Digital Marketing Applications, Multimedia Communication, Business English IV, Business Intelligence w/ Power BI, Conflict Management and Labor Mediation and Informatics Applied to Management. I was able to successfully apply the knowledge acquired through a curricular internship at MD Plastics and I feel prepared to continue contributing to the Human Resources sector.
