Business researches and clarification of the requirements, formatting them in user stories following Agile practices, presenting them to the Scrum team and follow up on the outcome is no more a secret for me. Gathering stakeholders (business, architect, tech lead, testers, developers) around it makes a huge difference on moving forward quite fast.
