My main focus is on designing, implementing and maintaining AI Agent systems, workflow automation with n8n, and integrating AI with business tools (CRM, contact center, messengers and advertising).
Hands-on experience in setting up sales support agents on the website and messenger, implementing Ollama to run LLM locally, designing complex workflows with n8n, and using Claude Code for faster product development and automation of technical processes. In addition, I have a background in implementing technical SEO projects, sales funnel design and conversion rate optimization with a data-driven approach.
My goal is to build systems that combine AI, automation and data to eliminate manual processes and increase the productivity of sales and support teams.
