I am a functional architect with a technology and business mindset. I started in industrial and web development, and evolved toward designing, building, and operating complex systems: AI, automation, APIs, and data platforms.
I founded Bandas Matuz, a B2B/B2C conveyor belt distributor in Mexico, currently expanding into Spain. This entrepreneurial experience gives me a perspective that’s uncommon in purely technical profiles: I understand the direct impact of technology on margins, response times, operations, and scalability.
I use technology as a means, not an end. My solutions are not only technically solid: they are designed to operate, scale, and generate ROI.
I have worked in corporate environments and on my own products, which lets me move comfortably between business, architecture, and execution
