I am a Senior Network Engineer with extensive experience managing Sophos firewalls, vulnerability remedies, Active Directory, AD Group Policy, Cosec matrix, and security and privileges log monitoring. I handle network infrastructure support and management, Windows and OS troubleshooting, OS installation, Server 2016 administration, data recovery, and inventory and change management, while preparing accurate daily reports. I work with Jira for ticketing, lead and mentor a team, and provide end user and client support using remote tools such as AnyDesk and TeamViewer. I also maintain technical documentation, share knowledge with junior team members, and automate daily routine tasks with PowerShell scripts and Event Sentry admin assistant tools. Eager to learn new technologies, I continuously research infrastructure improvements and task optimization to reduce manual effort and enhance service quality.
