My experience includes Jira/Tempo to NetSuite integrations for time-entry processing, Salesforce to NetSuite account/contract/product synchronization, Adtrax to NetSuite billing data integration, ServiceNow HR to Active Directory synchronization, and e-commerce integrations across NetSuite, Salesforce, Magento and Braintree.

I’m also expanding into AI automation and AI agents, with a focus on combining enterprise applications, APIs and automated workflows with AI-driven solutions.
