Virginia Da Graca Da Cruz

I am a passionate youth and community development professional with over 10 years of experience designing and facilitating programs that empower youth, women, and communities in Timor-Leste. I specialize in training, coaching, program design, and organizational development, helping individuals discover their hidden skills and transform them into meaningful action.

As a professional English ↔ Portuguese translator and interpreter, I have supported international NGOs such as UNICEF, ChildFund, the International Rugby Federation, FIBA, Peace Corps, and others. My work combines strategic planning, creativity, and hands-on facilitation to deliver measurable impact.

I am seeking opportunities to contribute my expertise in youth empowerment, sports for development, community engagement, and training, either with NGOs, international organizations, or through freelance consultancy.
