Professional Services Description
I am an experienced IT engineer with over 22 years of professional background in enterprise environments. Currently, I work as a Lead Engineer in the Centralized Support Department for Distributed Systems at ArcelorMittal, one of the world’s largest steel corporations.
My core expertise is built around:
Administration and support of distributed enterprise systems
Long-term hands-on experience with Oracle SQL databases
Incident analysis, troubleshooting, and system stability assurance
Working within large-scale, mission-critical corporate infrastructures
After many years in system engineering and support, I am now intentionally transitioning into the field of Software Testing and Quality Assurance, starting from the ground up. This transition is a conscious and well-considered step, driven by my strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and deep understanding of how complex systems behave under real operational conditions.
What I bring to Testing & QA
Strong analytical and logical thinking
Ability to quickly understand business logic and system workflows
Experience identifying root causes of issues, not just surface symptoms
High adaptability and fast learning in new tools, processes, and environments
Engineering discipline and responsibility developed over decades in enterprise IT
Services I can provide
Manual testing of web and desktop applications
Test case design and execution based on requirements and specifications
Functional testing, regression testing, and exploratory testing
Basic database checks using SQL (Oracle)
Bug reporting with clear reproduction steps and technical insight
Collaboration with developers and product teams from an engineering perspective
I am highly motivated to grow in Testing and QA, continuously improve my skills, and deliver reliable, well-documented results. My long-term enterprise experience allows me to see software not only as a tester, but also as an engineer who understands stability, risks, and real-world usage.
If you are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented QA beginner with strong engineering roots, I will be glad to contribute to your project.
