As a DevOps Engineer with over 4 years of experience I have a broad overview of the working of IT teams and how to bridge gaps between Business, Operations and Development. I'm working full-time as a freelancer and offer my services & expertise to smaller companies who are involved with CI/CD & Cloud applications but cannot afford to hire a full-time expert.

Part of the Release Management Team supporting the cloud deployments and pipelines of the ERP software used by our clients
Migrated the CI/CD process from Jenkins to Azure & Azure DevOps and introduced Infrastructure as Code to move on-premise systems into a standardized cloud environment. I designed mission-critical IoT and MES architectures for 10,000 users and served on the Architecture Governance Board to define global security and coding standards. I maintained technical ownership of 15+ production solutions using Azure Function Apps and Service Bus while coordinating over 100 business demands. By building a custom AI service assistant and optimizing Jira workflows, I closed the gap between development and operations, delivering complex systems that required zero support after launch. Wrote several PowerShell scripts to support the pipelines and support activities.
Local support for several office of Bolloré Logistics, a top player in the logistical sector, supporting 300 users and 600+ devices in 3 countries, undertaking projects such as 3CX roll-out, ServiceNow roll-out and the transition to remote work during the Covid period. Used a lot of Powershell to maintain the users and execute support operations.
