-Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and monitoring commercial contracts, services, consultancy, subcontracting, partnerships, amendments and protocols;
- Management of pre-litigation, disputes, formal notices, terminations, claims and amicable settlement procedures;
-Support in employment law: employment contracts, renewals, requalifications, mobility, reorganization, disciplinary procedures and terminations;
• Participation in the governance and legal structuring of the Group: decisions, procedures, internal policies and organizational documents;
- Contribution to the compliance system, risk prevention and legal and regulatory monitoring;
- Legal security for agricultural, agro-industrial, agro-pastoral, construction and event projects;
- Management of contractual relations with partners and service providers, as well as monitoring of debt collection;
- Drafting of legal notes, official letters, reports, minutes and various acts.
