I have experience in sales and customer service, with approximately 5 years working in call center. I have made telephone sales of insurance, credit cards and financial products, as well as customer service for Peruvian and Spanish audiences.
I have good active listening, handling objections, identifying customer needs and closing sales, always with clear and empathetic communication.
Additionally, I make simple designs in Canva, such as invitations and digital cards for social networks and WhatsApp.
