I am a Mechanical Engineer, MEP Estimator, Project Management Professional (PMP®), Certified Energy Manager (CEM®), Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS®), and LEED Green Associate (LEED GA®) with over 13 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, hydronics, fire protection, and design-build projects across Canada and the Middle East.
I help contractors, consultants, and project owners with mechanical estimating, quantity takeoffs, tender reviews, supplier RFQs, bid comparisons, scope of work preparation, value engineering, and complete bid submissions for commercial, industrial, institutional, and design-build projects.
I am proficient in Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Procore, and other estimating software, delivering accurate quantity takeoffs, competitive pricing, and reliable project estimates.
