I'm Zainab, a full stack developer building AI voice systems and production SaaS.

Most of my work sits in the layer you can't buy off the shelf: multi-tenant platforms and real time voice agents over LiveKit and Twilio with SIP trunking and PSTN call handling. I also handle WhatsApp Business Platform integration when a project calls for it. My core stack is Next.js, FastAPI, MongoDB, React Native, and Docker.

I'm most useful on systems that are already half built and misbehaving. I chase root cause instead of patching over it, and I'd rather remove an architecture layer than maintain one. On a recent voice platform, routing Meta SIP directly into LiveKit removed an entire planned media bridge and cut the engineering timeline substantially.
