- Replacement of Cisco WS-X45-SUP8-E (Catalyst 4500 E-Series Supervisor 8-E) modules
- Replacement of P408i-p RAID controllers
- Disk and SSD replacement across server platforms
- Replacement of SAS cables and related connectivity components
- NetApp controller replacement and basic hardware troubleshooting
- Reseating drawers and SAS snake cables in NetApp DE460C systems
- Following data center change management, safety, and hardware handling procedures
