I build custom websites, SaaS products, and brand shops. I run MARKHOR, an independent product studio. I am the designer and the engineer. One room, one standard.

Hire me when a template would cost more than it saves. I take launches, rebuilds, and stores that have to sell. The work has to hold on a board slide and at checkout.

Custom websites. Not a theme with a studio watermark. I plan the pages a company actually needs, then I ship them in Next.js and TypeScript: home, work or shop, product or service, about, legal, contact. The site is yours when we are done.

SaaS and business systems. The desk a team lives in: pipeline, invoices, admin, the flows that repeat every week. I scope the first version in plain language. I do not sell a four-hundred-file stack I have not built.

Fashion and brand shops. Lookbook, collection, product pages with story, specs, and size guide, a bag, and an order desk. I shipped SABLE, a ready-to-wear house site: eight pieces, full product pages, bag, checkout that records the order, and a house desk for stock and status. Card capture is not in that build. If you need a live till, we add it as a separate piece and we say so before we start.

How a job runs. We lock the brand, the page list, and what is out of scope. You get a working preview. Revisions follow the scope. You own the code. I do not hand you someone else's operating system and call it a deliverable.

What I will not pretend. I do not default to WordPress or Shopify. Ask if that is what you need. I do not invent awards, launch counts, or clients I did not have. I work remote. I do not put a public city on the work.

Tools I actually use: Next.js, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Git. APIs and admin desks when the product needs them. Payments only when they are in the written scope.

I take fewer clients than a volume mill. If you need a cheap brochure with no craft, I am the wrong hire. If you need a site, a shop, or a small SaaS that has to convert, message me here.
