I am seeking an experienced WordPress developer or small agency to build a family guidance and mediation referral platform.

The project is intentionally split into two distinct phases.
I require separate written quotations for Phase 1 and Phase 2.

Phase 1 – Core Platform (MVP)

Scope summary:

WordPress website (responsive)
One-time user payment (Stripe or PayPal)
Members-only gated content area
Downloadable document templates (PDF/DOCX)
User intake form (postcode, issue type, contact details)
Mediator directory (profile listings)
Manual booking workflow (email-based)
Admin management
Legal pages (terms, privacy, disclaimer)

Fixed-price listing note (important):
The listed fixed price of $2,500 is an initial placeholder for Phase 1 only.
Final Phase 1 pricing will be confirmed after reviewing the full specification and assumptions.

🧩 Phase 2 – Booking & Mediator Automation

Scope summary:

Mediator login accounts (restricted dashboards)
Mediator profile editing
Availability / calendar management
Appointment request workflow
Mediator approval (accept / decline bookings)
Automated email notifications (user & mediator)
Admin booking overview
Basic postcode or regional filtering of mediators

Phase 2 must be quoted separately.

Use reliable off-the-shelf plugins (WooCommerce, booking systems, etc.)
Clean, maintainable build
Minimal custom code
GDPR-aware implementation
Clear documentation and handover
