Looking for direct renovation contractors / subcontractors for a budget commercial fit-out of a 3,400 sq ft Pilates Studio.
Key Works Included:
1.
Flooring: Heavy-duty SPC Vinyl flooring supply and installation (~3,400 sq ft).
2. Glass & Mirrors: Full-height wall mirrors for workout/reformer rooms and glass door partitions.
3. Partitions & Ceiling: Drywall partitions for changing rooms and private room. Open/ exposed ceiling painting.
4. Electrical & Lighting: Warm ambient track lighting, downlights, and power point wiring.
5. Plumbing & Painting: Basic restroom vanity connections and full interior painting (neutral tones).
Note: 2D Layout / Floor plan is ready for reference.
