Description

We are a Life Sciences startup building an online platform that connects professionals, products, and services in the Life Sciences industry.
Our platform is built and deployed in Microsoft Azure. We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer to take ownership of diagnosing and fixing current issues, with the possibility of ongoing work.

Immediate Task

We have an active client experiencing the following problems:
• Some users cannot sign in
• Admin users cannot remove certain users
• No obvious errors appear in Azure logs
• We suspect a possible SendGrid configuration or key issue, but this is unconfirmed
Your first task will be to investigate, identify the root cause, and resolve these issues.

• Cloud: Microsoft Azure
• Frontend: Angular, HTML5
• Backend: .NET, Python
• Emails: SendGrid

What We’re Looking For

Required:
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
• Solid .NET backend experience
• Experience debugging existing production systems
• Familiarity with authentication, user management, and role-based access
• Experience with SendGrid or email service integrations
• Able to work independently and explain technical findings clearly

Nice to Have:
• Experience taking over projects from previous vendors
• Startup / early-stage product experience

Engagement Details
• Initial scope: Fix login and user management issues
• Future work: Ongoing maintenance and feature development (as funding allows)
• Hours: Flexible / ad-hoc to start
• Timezone: CET
