Student Acquisition Campaign – German Virtual School (Kenyan Market)
Project Overview
German Virtual School is an online German language academy preparing students for internationally recognized proficiency levels (A1–C2). Our primary target market is Kenyan students and professionals seeking academic, migration, or career opportunities in Germany.
We are launching a structured student acquisition campaign ahead of our May semester intake. The goal is to recruit serious students who are willing to secure their seat through a paid reservation model.
This is a performance-based marketing project focused on measurable enrollment results.
Primary Objective
To generate qualified leads and convert them into paying students who:
Pay the Ksh 2,500 seat reservation fee
Begin installment payments toward the full semester fee (Ksh 38,000)
The marketer’s success will be measured strictly by confirmed student payments.
Target Audience
Kenyan students aged 18–35
University graduates
Nurses and healthcare professionals
Individuals planning relocation to Germany
Students interested in German for academic or professional advancement
The campaign should focus on individuals with genuine financial intent and strong motivation to enroll.
Scope of Work
The selected marketer will:
Develop and execute a lead generation strategy
Promote the school through digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, etc.)
Create compelling messaging around:
Opportunities in Germany
Structured learning pathway
Affordable installment model
Limited seat availability
Drive interested prospects to register through a tracked referral system
Follow up with prospects to encourage payment of the seat reservation fee
Provide weekly reports on:
Leads generated
Conversations initiated
Conversions achieved
Payment Model
This project is commission-based.
Ksh 500 for every student who pays the Ksh 2,500 seat reservation fee.
Additional Ksh 1,500 once the student completes full semester payment.
Maximum commission per student: Ksh 2,000.
Commissions are paid only after verified payment confirmation.
Timeline
Campaign start: Immediately
Campaign end: Beginning of May semester
The marketer is expected to generate consistent results within this pre-semester window.
