Looking for collaborator (Native English and Spanish speaker, strong full-stack development background)

Looking for a long-term business partner for private software development collaboration
Location: Open to LATAM / remote

Requirements:

- Experience: Over 3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.
- Language: Native-level English and Spanish communication skills.
- Skills: Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, third-party APIs, and basic cloud platforms.
- Mindset: Able to work independently, make practical decisions, and build small-scope products efficiently.

Work style: Interested in long-term collaboration in a two-person private business, not employment or agency work.

Compensation:
Income is shared based on each partner’s role, responsibility, and overall contribution - around $1000 - $1500 monthly.
The goal is to build lean software products that generate stable and attractive long-term income.
