We are looking for an experienced n8n automation specialist to help build and manage a cold outbound lead generation + appointment-setting system.
This is a performance-focused, long-term collaboration, not a one-off task. You’ll be working with modern outbound tools and helping refine 2–3 core workflows that can scale.

n8n (core orchestration)
Apollo.io (lead sourcing)
Smartlead OR Instantly (cold email outreach)
Calendly (appointment booking)
Twilio (optional) for SMS follow-ups
Webhooks, APIs, JSON, basic deliverability logic
📌 What You Will Build (Step-by-Step)
Apollo → n8n Integration
Pull leads from Apollo via API or CSV
Filter by ICP (job title, industry, company size, etc.)
Deduplicate and format lead data
Lead Routing to Cold Email Platform
Send leads from n8n into Smartlead or Instantly
Map personalization fields (name, company, role, custom lines)
Ensure clean handoff for campaign enrollment
Outbound Email Automation
Configure multi-step cold email sequences
Ensure reply detection and auto-stop logic
Optimize for deliverability best practices
Reply & Intent Handling
Detect positive replies via webhook or platform logic
Trigger follow-up actions only for interested leads
Appointment Booking Flow
Automatically send Calendly booking links
Ensure smooth scheduling and confirmation flow
Optional: log bookings/statuses back into n8n or Sheets
(Optional) SMS Layer
Use Twilio for SMS follow-ups or reminders
Only for high-intent or booked leads

Revenue-share / commission-based (50%)

For now it’s performance project-based and commission only, however we will definitely hire you long term with weekly pay + 10% of commission after 40 day probationary period. We look forward to your interest. Thank you so much.
