We are looking for an experienced freelancer to help us build and execute a lead generation strategy in the personal finance niche, specifically targeting individuals aged 40+ in Germany and Switzerland.

Our focus is on topics such as:

* Personal finance management
* Retirement planning and wealth building
* Online income opportunities for beginners (age 40+)
* Financial independence and side income streams

The goal is to attract and convert high-quality leads using ethical, GDPR-compliant methods.

### Responsibilities:

* Define and refine target audience (40+ demographic in DACH region)
* Develop lead magnets (e.g., guides, webinars, checklists) tailored to this age group
* Create and optimize landing pages for conversions
* Set up email marketing funnels (opt-in only)
* Suggest traffic sources (Facebook ads, Google ads, native ads, etc.)
* Ensure full compliance with GDPR and data privacy regulations

### Requirements:

* Proven experience in personal finance or “make money online” niches
* Strong understanding of the 40+ audience (pain points, motivations, trust factors)
* Experience with funnel builders and email marketing tools
* Knowledge of GDPR compliance


### Deliverables:

* Lead generation strategy tailored to DACH 40+ audience
* Funnel setup (landing page + email sequence)
* Lead magnet creation or guidance
* Initial traffic/testing plan
