We are looking for a female Virtual Assistant based in Serbia to help with lead qualification for a real estate business.

💼 Role Overview

You will be communicating with people who have already shown interest (“said yes”). Your job is to casually collect basic information from them through natural conversation — not a script-heavy process.

Think of it as being a friendly, human version of a form.

🧩 Responsibilities
Respond to inbound leads via text, email, or phone
Build quick rapport and keep conversations natural
Collect key information from prospects:
Property address
Number of bedrooms & bathrooms
Reason for selling
Ideal timeframe
Ideal price
Accurately record and submit collected information
✅ Requirements
Female, based in Serbia
Experience in real estate, VA work, or lead qualification
Strong English communication skills
Clear speaking voice with a neutral or pleasant English accent
Comfortable handling phone calls when needed
Friendly, conversational, and not robotic
Reliable and responsive
💰 Compensation
Rate will be discussed directly between the applicant and the employer
