🚀 Business Development Manager (Remote) – $500 to $1,000+ USD Commission per Deal

​About Arlo Vibe:
Arlo Vibe is an Elite Tech Hub based in Nepal/India. We manage a roster of 50 Senior MERN Stack and Mobile Developers. Our developers are AI-First Architects with 24/7 power/internet backup, delivering code 3x faster than standard offshore teams.
​The Role:
We are looking for Independent Sales Partners (Business Development Managers) to connect our Elite 50 developers with tech companies, startups, and agencies in the USA, UK, and Europe.
​Your Income (The "Arlo Profit Share"):
​This is a 100% Commission-Based role with uncapped earnings.
​The Payout: You earn 15% of the Management Fee for every developer you place, every single month they stay on the project.
​Example: If you close a $6,000/mo contract, your monthly commission is approximately $350 - $450 USD for just one developer. Place 10 developers, and you earn $4,000+ USD per month passively.
​Responsibilities:
​Use LinkedIn, cold email, or your personal network to find US/European CTOs and Founders.
​Pitch the "Arlo Elite" model (4-month sprints / High Uptime guarantee).
​Set up discovery calls between the Client and our Technical Lead.
​Close the deal and collect your monthly commission.
​Requirements:
​Proven track record in Tech Sales or Lead Generation.
​Strong English communication skills (US/UK accent is a plus).
​Ability to work independently—no micromanagement, just results.
