Hello,
We are looking for an organized, professional, and highly responsive Sales & Follow-up Specialist to manage our outreach and client communications for our educational project, "Real Science."
Our project designs interactive science workshops for children, and we need someone to help us connect with schools, nurseries, educational entities, and potential partners to build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Draft and send personalized outreach and introductory emails in both Arabic and English to target schools and educational institutions.
2. Manage incoming inquiries, reply to questions about our workshops professionally, and provide the necessary program details.
3. Maintain continuous, structured follow-ups with warm leads through email and WhatsApp to coordinate bookings.
4. Keep a simple, organized log of contacted entities and their current booking status.

Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English (fully bilingual and professional in tone).
- Previous experience in customer relations, email outreach, sales, or account support.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail (able to track multiple conversations without letting leads fall through the cracks).
- Extremely responsive, reliable, and consistent in following up.
