Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in finance technology. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust financial applications that integrate front-end interfaces with secure, scalable back-end systems. The developer will collaborate with finance teams to implement solutions that meet operational, analytical, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain web-based financial applications, dashboards, and reporting tools.

Design and implement scalable back-end services, APIs, and database solutions to support financial operations.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and responsive front-end interfaces.

Integrate financial data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance.

Optimize application performance and implement best practices in security, encryption, and data protection.

Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to improve reliability and efficiency.

Translate financial requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.

Stay updated with emerging technologies in fintech, web development, and financial regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.

Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

Proficiency in back-end technologies: Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, or similar frameworks.

Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis) databases.

Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Familiarity with financial data standards, payment systems, and regulatory compliance (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR, SOX).

Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with trading platforms, investment analytics, or blockchain technology.

Knowledge of financial modeling, risk management systems, or accounting software integration.

Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices.
